This Cookie Policy explains how PROMPTIX LTD (company number 17078610), trading as “pack-nix” (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on https://pack-nix.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, to keep you signed in, to measure traffic, and to serve and measure advertising.
The Site also uses related technologies — such as local storage, session storage, web beacons and pixels — and the term “cookies” in this policy is used as shorthand for all of them.
2. First-party vs third-party cookies
- First-party cookies are set by pack-nix and are needed to operate the Site (login, cart, language, dark/light mode, etc.).
- Third-party cookies are set by services we embed, such as analytics, payment processors, or social-media widgets. They are governed by the cookie policies of those third parties.

We do not currently set advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update the Site’s cookie banner and seek your consent first.
4. Lifetime
Cookies are either:
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — stored for a fixed period (typically up to 12 months) or until you delete them manually.
5. Third-party services
We may use the following third-party services that set cookies:
- Hosting and CDN — for serving the Site itself.
- Analytics — to understand aggregated traffic patterns.
- Payment processors — only on checkout pages, when paid tiers are activated.
Where any third party introduces its own marketing or profiling cookies, we will surface that in the cookie banner.

7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Industry standards have not been finalised and we do not currently respond to that signal, but we apply consent-based controls for all non-essential cookies, which provides equivalent protection.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner.
