What formats do I get?

Every pack ships optimised SVG plus PNG at 24, 48 and 256 px — named, layered and ready for production. Each pack is a single weight, so you download exactly the stroke you bought.

Can I use these in client work?

Yes. One purchase covers client work, commercial products and apps, with no seat counting and no subscription. Full terms are in the License Agreement.

Do I have to buy a whole pack?

You buy exactly the packs you want — each pack is priced on its own and there is no minimum or forced all-in-one purchase.

How do I get my files?

Your download links appear in your account the moment your order is confirmed — sign in any time to download them again. Everything is digital — your files live in your account.

Are updates included?

Yes. When a family gets a fix or new glyphs, everyone who owns it can re-download the new version at no extra cost, for the lifetime of the pack.

What is your refund policy?

Because packs are downloadable files, we review refund requests case by case within 30 days of purchase. Email info@pack-nix.com and we will sort it out.
