Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PROMPTIX LTD (company number 17078610), trading as "pack-nix" ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of https://pack-nix.com (the "Site") and any icon packs offered through it, and the individual icons they contain (the "Content").

By visiting the Site, registering an account, or downloading Content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register an account. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@pack-nix.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You may browse, search, register, download Content, and contact us. You may not:

• circumvent rate limits, scrape, or otherwise bulk-collect Content beyond ordinary individual use;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Content as a standalone library or as an icon set on a competing shop;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Site's security or infrastructure;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes, including defamation, harassment, infringement of third-party rights, or distribution of malware.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

4. Content and licence

Use of any icon downloaded from the Site is governed by our License Agreement. The Licence sets out exactly what you can and cannot do with the icons in your projects. Read it before using the Content commercially.

5. Intellectual property

All names, logos, trademarks, layouts, page text, code and design elements of the Site itself are owned by PROMPTIX LTD or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

6. Disclosures and disclaimers

Without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer (see Section 6.7), the Site and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific icon will exactly match a particular use case.

6.1 Previews and product descriptions

Thumbnails, renders and previews illustrate each product. Colours, lighting, materials, textures and scale may look different depending on your screen, software and render settings. We take care to describe file formats and contents accurately; if a file is missing or does not match its description, please contact us so that we can resolve it in line with our Refund and Return Policy.

6.2 Software compatibility

Files are intended for use with design and development software that supports the formats stated in the product description. We do not guarantee that every file will open or display identically in every application, browser, version or operating system, and some files may need adjustment before use.

6.3 Third-party software and trademarks

Names of software, game engines, platforms, file formats and brands mentioned on our website are used only to identify compatibility or describe content. They remain trademarks of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

6.4 Your projects

You are responsible for how you use purchased files in your own work, including making sure that the final project complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others, for example where a design resembles a real person, place, product, brand or existing artwork.

6.5 Accuracy of website information

We aim to keep product information, prices and availability on our website accurate and up to date, but errors may occur and information may change without notice.

6.6 External links

Where our website links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites.

6.7 Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms, including this Section 6 and Section 7, or in our License Agreement excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction or a refund. These remedies are not at our discretion and are not limited by the 30-day voluntary refund window in our Refund and Return Policy. If you live outside the UK, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Content is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Euros (EUR 100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). This limit does not apply to your statutory rights and remedies as a consumer described in Section 6.7, including a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PROMPTIX LTD, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.

9. Prices, payment and digital delivery

The Content on the Site is sold as paid digital products. This section sets out how pricing, payment and delivery work.

9.1 Products and prices

Each icon pack is a one-off digital purchase; individual icons are supplied only as part of a pack, not sold separately. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal — you pay once for the item you choose. Prices are shown on each product page and again on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) by default, and in Australian Dollars (AUD) for visitors from Australia; the currency can be changed with the switcher in the site header.

9.2 Taxes

Where applicable, value-added tax (VAT) or an equivalent indirect tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location. The final price payable, including any such tax, is always displayed before you confirm payment.

9.3 Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed on our behalf by a third-party PCI-DSS-certified payment service provider. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code — see our Privacy Policy for what payment data is and is not handled by us.

9.4 When you are charged

The full amount is charged once, at the time you confirm your order at checkout. Your order is accepted only once payment is authorised by your card issuer. The charge will appear on your card statement under our trading name (pack-nix) or our registered company name (PROMPTIX LTD).

9.5 Currency of payment and currency conversion

You are charged in the currency in which your order total is shown at checkout: in EUR, or in AUD if AUD is selected (automatically for visitors from Australia, or by you with the currency switcher). Your order is passed to the payment page in that currency and for that amount. AUD prices are calculated from our EUR prices at the European Central Bank reference exchange rate, updated once a day, without any mark-up, and we charge no additional fee for paying in AUD. Before you place your order, the checkout shows the amount and the currency you will be charged and, for orders in AUD, the equivalent amount in EUR and the exchange rate used.

If your card account is held in a different currency from the one you are charged in, your bank or card issuer may convert the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge a currency-conversion fee. Those charges are set by your issuer, not by us. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE COSTS OF CURRENCY CONVERSION AS THEY MAY BE DIFFERENT DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU SELECT YOUR HOME CURRENCY OR THE TRANSACTION CURRENCY.

9.6 Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipment and no shipping or handling charge. As soon as your payment is approved, the files become available to download immediately — from the order-confirmation page and, if you created an account at checkout, from the My Account area. If a download fails, a link expires or you need the files from an order again, contact us at info@pack-nix.com with your order number and we will restore your access.

If a pack is unavailable or delivery is delayed. Packs are ready-made files, so they are normally available the moment your payment is approved. If a pack cannot be made available immediately at the time of purchase, we will show you the expected delivery date on the product page or at checkout before you pay, and we will take the order only if you agree to that date. If we cannot make your files available within the time we stated — immediately, or by the date you agreed to — we will contact you at the email address on your order with the new expected date and offer you the option to cancel the purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. You can also cancel in that case by writing to info@pack-nix.com.

9.7 Price changes

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm checkout; changes do not affect orders already placed.

10. Refunds and chargebacks

See our Refund and Return Policy for the rules on refunds.

If something is wrong with an order, we encourage you to contact us first at info@pack-nix.com — most problems are solved faster directly with us. Contacting us first is not required: you can raise a chargeback or payment dispute directly with your card issuer, and nothing in our Terms of Use or our Refund and Return Policy limits that right. We do not charge you any fee or penalty for raising a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is raised, we may give your card issuer the order and download records relevant to it. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant authorities.

11. Restricted jurisdictions

The Site is not directed at, and the Content may not be downloaded by, persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive UK, EU, UN or US sanctions, including (without limitation) Crimea, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Russian Federation and Belarus. By using the Site you confirm you are not located in, organised under, or controlled from such a jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at https://pack-nix.com/terms-of-use/. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England, save that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
