Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PROMPTIX LTD (company number 17078610), trading as "pack-nix" ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of https://pack-nix.com (the "Site") and any icon packs offered through it, and the individual icons they contain (the "Content").

By visiting the Site, registering an account, or downloading Content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to register an account. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@pack-nix.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You may browse, search, register, download Content, and contact us. You may not:

circumvent rate limits, scrape, or otherwise bulk-collect Content beyond ordinary individual use;
resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Content as a standalone library or as an icon set on a competing shop;
attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Site's security or infrastructure;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
use the Site for unlawful purposes, including defamation, harassment, infringement of third-party rights, or distribution of malware.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

4. Content and licence

Use of any icon downloaded from the Site is governed by our License Agreement. The Licence sets out exactly what you can and cannot do with the icons in your projects. Read it before using the Content commercially.

5. Intellectual property

All names, logos, trademarks, layouts, page text, code and design elements of the Site itself are owned by PROMPTIX LTD or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific icon will exactly match a particular use case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Content is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Euros (EUR 100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PROMPTIX LTD, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.

9. Prices, payment and digital delivery

The Content on the Site is sold as paid digital products. This section sets out how pricing, payment and delivery work.

9.1 Products and prices

Each icon pack is a one-off digital purchase; individual icons are supplied only as part of a pack, not sold separately. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal — you pay once for the item you choose. Prices are shown on each product page and again on the checkout page before you confirm your order. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR).

9.2 Taxes

Where applicable, value-added tax (VAT) or an equivalent indirect tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location. The final price payable, including any such tax, is always displayed before you confirm payment.

9.3 Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed on our behalf by a third-party PCI-DSS-certified payment service provider. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code — see our Privacy Policy for what payment data is and is not handled by us.

9.4 When you are charged

The full amount is charged once, at the time you confirm your order at checkout. Your order is accepted only once payment is authorised by your card issuer. The charge will appear on your card statement under our trading name (pack-nix) or our registered company name (PROMPTIX LTD).

9.5 Currency conversion

All transactions settle in EUR. If your card account is held in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency-conversion fee and its own exchange rate. Those charges are set by your issuer, not by us, and are outside our control.

9.6 Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipment and no shipping or handling charge. As soon as your payment is approved, the files become available to download immediately — from the order-confirmation page, from the link in your confirmation email, and from the My Account area. If a download fails or a link expires, contact us at info@pack-nix.com and we will restore your access.

9.7 Price changes

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm checkout; changes do not affect orders already placed.

10. Refunds and chargebacks

See our Refund and Return Policy for the rules on refunds. Contact us at info@pack-nix.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of related processing fees up to EUR 25. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant authorities.

11. Restricted jurisdictions

The Site is not directed at, and the Content may not be downloaded by, persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive UK, EU, UN or US sanctions, including (without limitation) Crimea, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Russian Federation and Belarus. By using the Site you confirm you are not located in, organised under, or controlled from such a jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at https://pack-nix.com/terms-of-use/. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England, save that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
